How much home can you afford?
Understanding how much you can afford and wish to budget will have an influence on the area and type of home for which you should look. You should start by contacting a mortgage company to review different mortgage options and get pre-approved for your loan. I work closely with elite mortgage lenders that are local to San Antonio and am happy to provide a reference or advice if needed. It is very important that you know and trust your lender because ultimately he or she can be the determining factor on your final loan approval.
